Glasses should be picked up within 30 DAYS from notification. Orders left beyond 90 days may result in your entire payment being forfeited. ALL Eyewear dispensed from Cornerstone Eye Associates are subject to our Cancellation, Remake and Return Policies regardless of the date of dispensing.

Cornerstone Service Fees and Return Policies:

• Eyeglass lenses are highly customized medical devices and cannot be canceled once the order has been placed. In the event an order must be stopped prior to dispensing, frame purchase price will be refunded in full and lenses will be refunded minus 30% of fees paid. Insurance will be reinstated when applicable.

• A $40 fee will be incurred for a one-time frame exchange up to 90 days from the date of original purchase. Frame must be of equal or lesser value. The difference in cost for higher valued frames will be charged.

• Lenses will be remade one-time due to frame change, Doctor’s RX change, fitting, measurements, and/or design at no charge for 90 days from date of original purchase with the originally ordered options and enhancements. Upgrades will be the patient’s responsibility.

• Additional remakes or ones initiated between 91-120 days will be done at a 50% savings off retail prices.

• All remakes after 121 days are done at full retail pricing minus 20%.

• Insurance company’s return policies will supersede Cornerstone Eye Associates policies.

• 90 day return policy from date of original purchase. Cornerstone reserves the right to withhold 30% of the original purchase price. No returns after 90 days.
