Everybody from the doctor and nurses to the staff were amazing. Each one had every answer to my questions and made me feel very comfortable which is important for this type of procedure. Melissa and Dr. Hanuch were the people I mostly dealt with and they couldn’t have done any better. Melissa especially went above and beyond trying to make sure my Covid test was done on time and kept in contact with me from consultation through surgery.

Honestly I was terrified. The idea of having surgery on my eyes was a very serious choice to make. The day of my surgery I was very nervous. However the staffs’ demeanor helped me to take the edge off. Dr. Hanuch and his team in the surgical room helped me to feel so at ease. The woman whom helped me emotionally through the procedure, and Dr. Hanuch whom motivated me the entire time telling me how good I was doing was really motivating. The other man whom counted down the seconds of each procedure during the surgery was also very helpful. Peaceful music was played and everyone talked to me and reassured me in a very calm and relaxing tone. Before I knew it the procedure was over. For my post op appt the next day, the same great motivational and caring spirit of their team still shines through. I honestly feel I could not of made a better choice. My beginning eyesight was very bad and very close to the cut off for being approved for lasik, and I accepted from the beginning that I knew I would need a touch up down the road after my eyes healed. (Which they were very open and honest about). This office put no pressure on me after my initial consultation to secure my spot for treatment and that was a nice thing and it shows they don’t pressure people to make the choice. I am so glad I went through with it as it is still surreal that I can see better from only one treatment . I look forward to see (no pun intended) on how much better my vision with get after my touch up (due to having such a high prescription) will be like in a few months. I highly recommend Dr. Hanuch and his team of you are considering lasik. Such a warm, friendly and caring atmosphere that is hard to get in other facilities.

I scheduled a free Lasik consultation and everyone was so nice. From the time I got there til the time I left. I made my Lasik appointment. Went back to have my procedure and saw different people and they all were very nice and made sure if I had questions they would be answered. Everything was explained while I was in the Dr. Hanuch. Went back the next morning for my follow up appointment. The same kind of treatment. Very nice. Even after my one week check up. I would definately recommend the Gates location. Thank you for my new eyes!!

I experienced light flashes in my right eye and made an appointment with Cornerstone based on my wife’s recommendation. I was given an appointment immediately because of the seriousness of possible causes. The staff from the reception intake, preliminary evaluation and final exam by Dr. Hanuch was professional and thorough. All my questions were answered and the diagnosis I received put me at ease. I have definitely found a new eye care clinic!

This was my first time at the chili office. Very nice atmosphere and visit for exam and glass ordering and pick up was quick and efficient.
My experience was warm and friendly. There is no waiting, everyone was really nice and they welcomed me with candy kisses because it was my first time there.
